By purchasing a gecko, you have agreed to everything stated on this page whether you read it fully or not, as we cannot be held responsible for anyone that does not read this page completely.

All of our leos are healthy and well cared for (with lots of love!). We can guarantee that your leo will arrive alive and healthy as long as there is no failure in the first delivery attempt. Once payment is received, we will arrange a shipping date based on your schedule, as you will need to be home at the time of delivery. We CANNOT be held responsible for a failed delivery attempt! If you are not home to sign for the package, UPS will try to deliver the package at a later date, which only decreases the gecko's chance for survival. If this happens, all guarantees are null and void.
We ship our geckos the safest way possible, and it is very rare that your gecko will be DOA (dead on arrival). However, if this should happen, please contact us immediately for instructions. Please refer to the Shipping section on this page for more detailed information on how your gecko will be shipped.
We will only ship leos that are eating healthy amounts of food, and we guarantee no customer will ever receive a malnourished leo! However, we will not feed our leos at least 12 hours before shipment to ensure they do not get nauseous or have to dispose of too much waste on their way to their new home.
Keeping in mind that all of the geckos have different personalities, some may begin eating as soon as they arrive in their new home, some may not. Note that shipment can potentially be rather stressful on the animal; and in some cases, it could take up to a week or so before your gecko starts eating properly again. Should this happen, you really shouldn't have anything to worry about. Once the gecko has some time in it's new home, any stress from shipment will cease.

All of our leos have a five-day health guarantee after the shipment has been received. It is your responsibility to keep good care of your leo after the initial five days.
All geckos are guaranteed to be as described. All information given will be honest, and the individual picture of the gecko in which you order will be what you receive.
Sex can only be determined visually after a gecko is 4 months old. This is the only way we can guarantee the sex of a leo. If you would like younger gecko(s), we can only tell you the probability of the sex based on incubation temperatures.

You must be over the age of 18 to order. We reserve the right to verify the age of any and every buyer.
As stated before, it is imperative for you to be home for the delivery of the gecko, its life depends on it! We will always arrange a shipping date based on your schedule after payment is received.
Shipping can be delayed when temperatures at either location are not optimum. Optimum temperatures must not fall above or below the following, otherwise our live-arrival guarantee could be jeopardized:
Daytime temperatures no higher than 90 degrees
Nightime temperatures no lower than 38 degrees

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take any and all steps needed to help you. Your satisfaction is of upmost important to us, and we can help you with any problem that you may have. We handle all of our customer service and orders through e-mail only. We must receive an e-mail from you stating your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of receiving your order. Every case is different. Refunds or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Refunds will only be issued after we receive the gecko back from you. Shipping costs are NOT refundable in any case!
If you make a return, you must package the gecko in the same matter that it was sent to you. Please use original packaging to help avoid problems. You can refer to the Shipping Care Guide on our Links page if you would like instructions that explain how the gecko should be packaged. Do not package the gecko until you plan to take it to a shipping facility. You must ship Next Day Air. You will need to provide a cold or heat pack, depending on the current weather conditions. If temperatures are not optimum, we must postpone the exchange.
If ANY of these guidelines are not met, there will be NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ISSUED. You are responsible for the care and health of the animal as it was delivered to you. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at info@fallenangelgeckos.com.

Orders cancelled after payment is received are subject to a 20 percent cancellation fee of the total price of the gecko (minus shipping costs).

We will NOT sell or share your personal information to any person or company, as all information customers provide is held in the strictest confidence.

We can ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping is a flat rate of $50 for Next Day Air servies. There are no charges for the shipping supplies.
All geckos will be shipped in a foam-insulated box. Heat or cold packs will be provided, depending on weather conditions, and we will be using anti-static peanuts for void-fill to keep the gecko in place.
All shipments will include a tracking number, which will be provided to you via e-mail on the day of shipment.![]()
Shipping will be arranged as soon as possible after payment is cleared. We will need to make sure that you can be home to receive the gecko upon arrival, but Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are the only days of the week we will ship.
Once again, shipping costs are NOT refundable.
We will allow pickups, if you are in the immediate area, to save on shipping costs.
The gecko pictured above was not actually shipped, he is just posing for the purpose of the picture. Unlike this guy, shipped geckos will fit more tightly inside of their deli-cup to ensure that they do not get thrown around during shipment.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. We prefer PayPal, and you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. Please send your PayPal payment to info@fallenangelgeckos.com.![]()
We will also accept cashier's checks or money orders via regular snail mail, all of which must be made payable to Mike Schuler. We must receive the payment before shipment. We will NOT accept personal checks. Almost all banks issue cashier's checks at no charge to an account holder.

Please e-mail us at info@fallenangelgeckos.com with the ID of the gecko that you are interested in purchasing. We always update our website after a gecko is officially put on hold or sold. Any gecko advertised to be available is most certainly available (unless you just so happen to be looking at the page during the five minutes that it takes to edit). We can arrange shipment after payment is received in full.
