Our names are Mike Schuler and Jess Butler, and we're a
dating couple in our late-20s with a great passion
for animals. We both realized our fondness for
reptiles at a very young age. Mike has caught frogs,
salamanders, and newts, among other things, ever
since he was a small boy. Jess too remembers the
first day she caught her first frog, and being
fascinated with lizards and snakes from a very young age.

We decided to breed leopard geckos for the love of the
animals, the exciting experience, and we've found a great passion
from the hobby. Our geckos are not inventory items to us, we
love them all, and experiencing this entire process has been
amazing and wonderful.

The name Fallen Angel came from a nickname of Mike's
that he has had ever since he was a younger teenager,
and it just kind of stuck. We thought it sounded
like a good name for the website; but we assure
you, it does not mean that we or our geckos
are demonic, by any means! :)

We have no children, but a lot of beloved pets. Along
with our geckos, we have four cats, and a Blue Tongued Skink.
